The staff is really nice and ready to help. Prices are good, but not the same quality as other brands.

Prices and selection are pretty impressive, but dont expect help from the staff! Too busy chatting with each other to serve customers. When you do get their attention (and they let you know they resent you interrupting an important discussion regarding the capture of Pokemon) they just don't know much.
