Toys"R"Us

They have toys you cannot fond elsewhere. That is why you choose a Toys R Us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean but seemed a bit claustrophobic likely from the holiday stuffing. I had placed an e order for pick up, that they grabbed quickly and shopped a bit more for some other items. Still a strong market for retail shops since you want to put your hands on things for scale sometimes.

It still has a nice selection. I found a lot of RC cars for a project, and will likely be back to buy one. The staff was quick to help, and there were things I don't find many other places.

Excellent selection of toys for gifts or for your own little ones. Always friendly staff and fair prices to boot. They've even got cool toys for us big kids too!! I'm sad to say that Toys"R"Us will be closing all across America due to bankruptcy. Where will we go for a good toy store now?!

They always had the greatest selection. Constantly found great toys for not the greatest prices. When we did come by we always left happy but we just didn't go by that often. I regret not standing in line for the sales but it was probably for the better. RIP TRU you will always have a place in my heart.

I did some Black Friday shopping this year and was so appreciative of the staff and the organization of products at this location! Every associate was friendly and helpful and fun! What I couldn't find in the store, I purchased once I got home, online. Very impressive staff at this location. I'd like to give a special shout out to Brandi in HR and Victoria at the customer service counter. I purchased one of the trampoline deals and had to return it due to another family member purchasing the exact deal. They made it easy during a time of chaos. Thanks ladies!!

Staff has always been friendly and eager to help when needed. I guess nobody is eager to go out of their way at work, but they SEEM thrilled which is nice. It has a nice family atmosphere. I love this place. The selection of products is pretty stellar too.

Huge inventory of toys! Limited selection of children's clothing, mainly infant and toddler. Merchandise great deal more costly compared to competitors. Several staff members out on sales floor stocking and organizing merchandise. Only one cashier open to facilitate check outs, line 6 deep before calling for back up

Great selection of toys-however they are WAY understaffed for the holiday season..if you go in and plan on grabbing what you need and checking out don't plan on it. Also- they are all frowning and don't even seem like they want to be there..I spent quite a bit here this Christmas as well as last Christmas..but I won't next year. I can find the same items either online or at Wal-Mart for a much better price without the rudeness.

It's the end of the world as we know it. Goodbye Toys R Us. I wish I could say I'll miss you, but your high prices, limited staff and stingy "sale" prices will be easily left behind. Last weekend's visit was our last. The sales of "everything up to 30% off" weren't worth the trip. Most things were only 5-10% off and still not comparable to other retailers. If we didn't have gift cards to use up, we would have left empty handed. However, the commercials of old, jingles and Geoffrey will be forever childhood memories.

The incompetence of their online order system has ruined a 10 year old's birthday surprise. I had planned to order directly from Lego for a special set that my son wanted for his birthday but the ToysRUs site said it was in stock at my local store so I did an order online to pick it up at the store instead. Unfortunately, they lied. It was not in stock and now I am ordering though Lego, but it will be too late to get it here in time for his birthday. My wife also ordered some Nerf gun stuff for our son's birthday since I was going to that store anyway. It also was not in stock when it was time for pick up. I think their inventory system is willing to call anything in stock. Do not believe it. You will most likely be disappointed. I will never do business with this store again.
