Shiny! It is a tough market in the retail parts business. The store is very pretty and well stocked. Staff is friendly too.

Making an exchange from an online clothing purchase was a nightmare. I received my order in multiple shipments. I did not keep all of the packing slips which creates a big problem for them, because they create a unique order number for each shipment. The only place to see this unique order number is on the packing slip. Without it, I was unable to make a simple online exchange. I was told by the online agent I had to drive to the store and they could help me. Well, the salesperson tried everything to figure out how to simply make an exchange, but had to call online support. I was at the store for approximately 45 minutes and nobody could exchange my items. Finally, I just took a store credit. This experience was so aggravating. Really a poor system and does not consider a customer at all. I can't imagine spending a large part of my day again trying to make a simple exchange.
