The rack can have not the best selection at times, but most times I find at least 1 or 2 things that is perfectly unique to my personality and my minimal fashion level
Don’t shop at Nordstrom Rack- in store or on line- items are cheaply made!!! Bunch of garbage!!! And NR wants me to pay s and h for this ripped up duster!!! Totally a rip off!!!
They always have great sales good brands and things that I can actually afford. Also I'm very pleased they had enough staff on duty for Black Friday. Shout out to all you hard-working folks on Black Friday
How hard is it to remember to remove the scanner on an item. I had 3 items which did not get the scanner removed and they kept pulling me back in the store which is embarrassing in itself and then I get home and realize my shoes still have the scanner. Had to break it off with a hammer. Extremely inconvenient and annoying
Big and roomy compared to their stores in the Puget Sound area. Great selection. Lots of parking. Other great shopping in the area. Not too far from I-90. Really light traffic compared to the west side. You might get stuck behind the occasional tractor though.
I have been shopping around for pre-winter clothes.,Myself,I don,t like to pay a lot. I Went , to the Rack/Nordstrom,JCPenneys,and Macy since I was around the mall. Took my time.I FOUND EVERYTHING,I was looking for and the prices were at a price that hit budget. Take your time,you will come out Happy Great Staff,Angelo,just the average person.
If I could give zero stars I would have. A few days ago I lost my 150.00$ E ciggmod in a dressing room at the Spokane valley nordstroms rack. I came back about 1 hour later after I realized my e cigg wasn’t in my purse and felt really offended by the way the staff treated me. They were very rude. And acted as if they were entitled to keep my property and throw it away. It was highly unprofessional! I was told by a younger male employee that he had seen it, it was found hours ago and that they had thrownyyyyg it away. He said this all in a sarcastic non serious or professional tone. When I asked to speak with management I was told by her something entirely different that they had not found my e cigg at all and she took my name and number down to “get back to me” if anyone found it or turned it in” I was really taken aback by the total disregard and lack of respect for a customers pricey personal property. I fully understand it was near closing so I didn’t wanna make anymore of a fuss about it because I understand they were all trying to go home for the evening but the way I was treated was as if I was a total joke. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and jaded from the loss of an item I had splurged on outside my budget for myself.which I rarely am able to do. I left questioning what I could have done to deserve to be treated like I was nothing and as if they were keeping my property or just threw it away. The whole experience was awful. And I have made several calls in and just get the run around. What can I do as a customer about this ?
Love shopping for shoes here but couldn’t find a nice pair of jeans for the life of me….racks and racks of plain ugly jeans….definitely need better selection of clothing….pretty plain and similar
My wife hates taking me to this store because I always find something to buy. Great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories with decent pricing. My go to store for underwear.
Lots of selection, checkout stand good. Girl in dressing room not so good, on her personal phone scrolling and seemed annoyed to have to look up and answer my question.
