Mattress firm was my first stop for looking at mattresses. Scott greeted me, asked me questions as to what my price range was and what level of comfort I was looking for. After being shown a few mattresses and going over the amazing sale. I decided to go to another store to see what they had to offer. As a smart consumer you want to know you shopped around before making the final purchase. To my disappointment at the other store. I realized the sale at Mattress Firm was hands down the best!!!! Scott was not pushy and did inform me that the sale would end soon. So today I made my purchase and couldn't be happier! The level of experience, knowledge and simply listening to the customers concern is the best sale. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

Tamara was wonderful at selling us a mattress that we were looking for. She had several customers at one time, but did a excellent customer service with all of us. She answered our questions enough so we were satisfied as to what mattress we needed rather than buying it off the shelf at a department store. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a bed they are looking for.

Costumer service was fantastic Tamara was super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that I order the mattress a week ago was told it would show up Friday between 12:30 - 2:30 so I was fine with that I cleared up my whole day and it never showed up. So I called the store I was told my time got moved to 2:30 to 4:30 they got stuck in Idaho. All I want is too see in a bed not the ground but they did call me back and tell me they can get me in this Tuesday

Tamara was exceptionally helpful in assisting me in my purchase today. She offered product knowledge. She answered every question that I had. She helped me navigate my purchasing decisions. She made what could have been a very overwhelming purchase, easy! I highly recommend this store and her services.
