Always love this store. Never fails to impress and have exactly what I'm looking for. The one thing that I really dislike now is that they close so early, and really get pushy near closing time, basically rushing you to get to the register half hour before closing time. It never used to be like that anywhere, but it seems like now everywhere does this and it's the WORST! I understand wanting to close on time, but rushing ppl out the door 30 min ahead of time is excessive and unnecessary. Other than that I love the store, their products, and selection.

Could use some signage and or direction on the cut fabrics section. The line is regularly very long. As a husband and father. That takes precious time from our already very busy family. But it is the holidays and I understand the employees at Joann's are working extremely hard. They're kind and helpful if you can get someone. I'm under the impression they're understaffed as a corporate policy. It's a shame really. Taking a small cut to profits to ensure your staff and customers are happy seems like a no-brainer.

Came looking for a specific product for the wife. Lots of parking, shelves 90% full. Only saw 2 staff working. Couldn't believe prices. Very high!! No real flow to the store. Same item seen in many places throughout store. Gave it a more fuller look. Prices up and not missing. No line at register.

Understaffed with hard working folks who don't know a lot about sewing or crafting. If you already know what you need you'll be okay. Restrooms get only two stars, so go before you get there.

So the checkout lady asks me if I have a coupon....which I don't .....so she proceeds to work some magic to get me a substantial percentage discount off the price I was happy to pay.  She was happy to give me a discount.....I'm happy to give them 5 stars

We went for floss for a project,  they had 8 of ten, pretty good these days. Staff were very friendly,  and because I am weird that way I asked the lady who helped us if she liked working there. She said she loves it. Nice to know.

Love the 50% of coupon and their yarnormous sale going on right now.

Good products, great selection, just hesitate to go in because getting checked out takes forever.  There may be six or more people working but never seems to be more than one person capable of running a register, even when all the customers are at the front waiting to pay and leave.

Really great prices on new crochet stuff. I'm really excited to try out their recommendations!

Great inventory of fabric!  Tons of fleece, flannel and other types of fabric.  Clean and quick service.
