Aller ailleurs. Apart la vente le sevices de guarantie c'est de lesti de bouette ils ont endommagé mon véhicule et ce protège à l'interne vue qu'ils savent que l'on peux rien faire si ils disent non.

Honestly worst car dealership I've ever been to. Did not even take the courtesy to offer a chair. Some of the rudest cars salesmen I've ever met. They told me they did a 150 point inspection on my automobile and it scored great... Well after I bought my car one of the automatic doors wouldn't even work, and there were 2 dents in the back. In conclusion, I've never had a worst sales experience in my life I would give half of a star if I could.

I made a deal to buy a used car (2yo), when I arrived at the shop, the bodywork was full of scratch. I lost a lot of time and I was really upset.

Bad services and hidden fees of 399$ when we were closing the deal which is illegal. We left the place and went to St-Therese Toyota and service was far better and bought from them. Dont waste your time at Toyota St-jerome they dont deserve your time and money.
