I had a similar experience as other reviewers:nn1. Saw a vehicle posting on Auto Trader with an attractive price.n2. Spoke to a couple different sales people on the phone about the vehicle and scheduled a time to take a look.n3. Confirmed the appointment just before leaving Ottawa.n4. Got a phone call when I was 15 minutes away from the dealership, informing me the vehicle was no longer available.n5. When I arrived, I was asked if there were other vehicles I might be interested in.n6. I left.nnI noticed when I got there that the list price on the vehicle was about $3000 more than the Auto Trader price. Did they ever intend to honour the Auto Trader listing? The whole thing felt a bit greasy.nnUpdate: to reply to the response to my review, yes, I used this name and Daphne said she had created a file for me. I spoke to Jeremy after that and saw him at the dealership.

Best Car buying experience I have ever had. I spotted the car on Autotrader and sent questions to the dealer. They responded promptly to every question. Alexie was great to deal with and made the sale process painless. Genevieve was very accommodating with my appointment to pick up the car and the pick up was very smooth. Alexis explained the everything at the signing /pickup. Great price, Great Service.. you can't get better then this.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I traveled a long distance with the intention of purchasing a car. Upon arrival, I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, which went smoothly. After the test drive, I confirmed that I wanted to buy the car. However, despite my clear interest and the fact that I had requested to be informed of any issues beforehand, I was told that the car had already been sold. This information was only relayed to me after I had already arrived and waited for almost 45 minutes. This lack of communication and consideration for my time was unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to others based on my experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I made a reservation for a car, but they made a mistake and sold it to someone else. I notified them of their error before the car had been sold and before the other buyer had even visited for a test drive. Despite this, they chose not to correct the problem and proceeded with the sale to the other buyer. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
