Horrible dealership! Went to pick up a used car they were selling. They advertised it as a 2014 Mazda 3 GT with 7,000 km on it. They were offering it at a decent price so I put a deposit and went to check it out. I arrived and no one knew I was coming (despite having emails and a call to confirm). They show me the car and guess what, the battery is dead. They said it was sitting for 1 week and remote starter drained the battery. He boosted it and the car went nuts. Fell into limp mode, complete loss of power of the engine, barely driveable. Figured I'd let the battery charge but the situation was getting quite scary when the power steering pump kept cutting and overboosting, causing the steering wheel to shake and move on it's own! This is how they sell cars! This is how they treat their clients. Avoid this dealership! The staff could also care less. I walked in the dealer and had to walk into their office for them to talk to me on the first meeting......again avoid!!

Went to see a car with 7000km. Car had no gas, unlock doors didn't work, radio didn't work among other things. Pricing wasn't transparent and I got figures written down on pen and paper.... Really not up front. I told them to call me with more details for financing and never heard back. Very unprofessional!

Couple weeks ago I purchased a used Mitsubishi Outlander. I am very happy with the car. I cannot say the same about their "service a la clientele" and the way the car was prepared the day of the pick up. They promised that the car will be prepared: New Hitch, finish to repair small touch ups and install Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth and the small touch ups were not fixed. They promised that in Max 2 weeks it will be resolved. They never contacted me back to notify about delay. I had to call them after about 4 weeks. After that call and couple email they said not to worry and wait another 2 weeks for the Bluetooth that had to be ordered. Since then again no call and not a single email. Nothing!

J'ai bcp aimé le service ... nous avions réserver une auto que finalement nous ne trouvions vraiment pas a notre goût et le vendeur "Bruno" s'est, sans broncher, remis au travail pour nous dénicher un véhicule au meme prix qui correspondait à nos attentes. Les clients sont tres bien traité par eux qui offre café bouteille d'eau etc ... même jusqu'à une collation et passe temps pour ma fille de 2 ans. Bcp de petites attentions qui font que je référé Mitsubishi st Jérôme sans hésiter.
