I went in to order parts for my toyota, I had the list of part numbers that I wanted. I was first directed to the service department, then sent to the parts department. The person at the parts desk indicated that they didn't speak English and directed me back to the service department. The folks at the service department said they weren't in the parts department and couldn't help me. They said they would get someone to help me, but I was left sitting there for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall it felt like a hostile environment as an Anglophone, despite having the parts numbers that I needed it seemed the folks there would rather not serve me because of the language that I spoke. Will not be going back.

This place is a TRAIN WRECK!!! The Toyota brand has been tarnished for me with this dealership. They are completely disorganized, nobody is ever capable to find anything in their system. They lose information all the time. There was something wrong with my car, I knew it - something clearly off with the suspension in the front left tire for my Venza. I asked them to test it so that they could pinpoint what the problem was would make noise and give a loud "CLICK" when turning sometimes. They charged me around 300-400 dollars saying that they tested it a lot and found nothing wrong with it. Had to go to a competent Toyota Dealer where I bought the car 300km away, Boulevard Toyota to diagnose properly and tell me the parts I needed to order. I took this list of parts to Ste-Therese Toyota, OVER A MONTH AGO, and they lost everything, they say they are following up, and cannot even give me a rough estimate as to when pieces will arrive. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone owning a Toyota - extremely frustrating to deal with.

We are very unimpressed with this dealer. We purchased a RAV4 Hybrid SE in 2018, it was a very easy sale since we knew what we wanted. Last week we were solicited by the salesman in a written letter with very competitive financing offers. We requested a reserve on a car we were interested in the day before and made an appointment with this salesman. We offered to come to the dealership immediately to write everything up and buy the car, he said no problem you can come in the morning and we'll handle it all. GREAT!!! so we thought. Upon our arrival we were told that the car had been sold the previous evening. No follow ups, we've been chasing this guy. He's been of no help whatsoever. We give up, Ste-Therese Toyota, you lost a loyal Toyota customer. Unfortunately I cannot take a star away so one star it is.

Hands down the best place to buy a car. The staff is incredibly kind and they do everything to make your leasing/purchase suitable for your needs. Sim was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He made sure that all my question were answered and that I left with the ultimate best of prices. Then you had Mr. Desjardins in finances who goes above and beyond to make every step an easy process but very descriptive and patient in explaining how everything works. He’s very funny and social makes you feel part of the Toyota family. Will definitely be buying back from these 2 fantastic fellas in a couple of years. VERY COMPETITIVE RATES. Look no where else Toyota ste Therese is where it’s at!!!!!!!!!! There was also a very kind bilingual young lady I feel so bad don’t remember her name that I signed off the papers with who made the purchase end on an amazing note. Thanks Toyota you guys rock!!!!!!

I had excellent service when I bought my 2015 Corolla recently! My salesman David Vallee took wonderful care of me and had a repair done at no charge to the rear light that I had seen during my inspection. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and help when buying a used car. Great value at a great price. Decent deal for my trade-in as well.
