Mise sur pied en 1981 par M. Louis-Paul Olivier et M. Louis Giguère, la concession Carrefour Subaru a fait l'acquisition de sa franchise Subaru en 1994, pour s'agrandir en 2001 et ensuite devenir Subaru Rive-Nord au printemps 2010, au même moment où elle déménagea dans de nouveaux établissements à Boisbriand, près de la sortie 23 de l'autoroute 15, à quelques minutes de Montréal et Laval. The best thing about this Dealership is the way they make sure you get the best value for your hard earned money. And for me and my wife who are immigrants and making barely above minimum, it is so good for to know that the best tandem, Jessy & Marc-Antoine took seriously in guiding us to make the right decision in our purchase that will not push our finances to the limit. Had a great experience purchasing a used subaru from Manuel! he has a great personality and is definitely well versed about the Subaru models. He also has over 10 years experience so I definitely had a lot of confidence in him during the process. He also helped explain the details of the car and made every step of way as enjoyable as possible!
A family relative was looking to replace good car. Not only they had in stock what we were looking for but offered a fair price for our trade in. Great service from Mathieu Binette. We had dealt with someone else before and were greeted and treated properly and this time too.
This place was good at one time, the staff are great for the most part, but, I no longer drive Subaru's, all because the service manager is a d×ck. He needs to be retrained or let go. That place lost just south of $100,000 in sales from me. I was looking at a new Crosstrek for the wife and an Armada for myself, but because of him, I now drive a 2020 Silverado and an Escape for my wife. This happened in August of 2020 and is the reason I went from 5 star to 1 star. I will never darken their door again.
Bad Service …. Very bad experience i bought a car from there 35k they told me the brakes are changed and brand new once i bought the car with 500 kms the brakes are very noisy they checked and the mechanic said they put the bad cheap quality brakes so it will make noise , Manager mathew and emanuel said we don’t help very disappointed
Excellent service. A great buying experience. I bought my nearly new Crosstrek from the used car department of Subaru Rive-Nord and I was really looked after well. My sales representative Matthieu R was excellent! Would definitely recommend to others wanting to buy an excellent car !
Bought Two cars from this dealer: very friendly, gave us all the time we need to decide, we changed our minds 3 times with a smile No pressure, kids enjoyed the hot chocolates every time we were there, had a great deal on the second car really great price : . Mind you that we live far from them but referred to by a colleague who had the same pleasant experience as well.
We had a large repair to do on our Subaru. The technician agreed that it was worth fixing and keeping our car. With the car market condition we decided to keep the car and place an order on our next model
I've changed the mark because since I have the car feb 2022, I had to come back 4 times for the same issue. With no follow-up from the customer service, I reached Manuel, who helped me. But again, today 04/10/2022 I'm back again 5th time for this same issue and I'm genuinely disappointed to hear there are procedures to follow and it might not be fixed today. I'm living on Montréal Rive Sud, so you can understand that each time, time and money are involved. ""Luckily"", they do not charge me for the service... It's a great car and there is no issue on the engine or else whatsoever but I'm still a bit discouraged. ********* Manuel and his financial director were great help and very professional. They answered all my questions even at any time during after hours. Manuel was very patient and his advices were appreciated. The delivery of the car was spotless it was a snowy day and the car was parked in the garage and clean for me to take it. I recommend them and thank them.
Best dealership Subaru that I ever visited. Onest and nice people, at least those that I had to deal with.
