Good service but as all dealerships in this hard period it is difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner.
Amazing team. I had a transport challenge from Montréal and Guy offered to pick me up from Montmorency. The team was super nice. I highly recommend them.
They will drain your car battery and then convince you that you need to buy a new one. I took my car here to go change a light bulb on the side mirror puddle lamp and their technician #1634 completely drained my battery. I was sitting in the waiting room receiving FordPass notifications on my phone that my car battery was being critically discharged, and now my battery does not hold a charge anymore. I don't understand how simply changing a light bulb would require a technician to completely drain a car battery, and I probably wouldn't have said anything except for the fact that this is a second car that I bring to them which immediately developed "battery problems" as soon as they touched it, earlier this year I had taken a different car to them to fix a sunroof that was stuck closed, and they proceeded to say that a battery which was less than six months old was dead and needed to be changed, even going as far as suggesting that the particular battery manufacturer could not be trusted... Two different cars with no previous battery issues but immediately have dead batteries as soon as they touched them. I don't know if this is a scam they're running in order to sell car batteries but I know I won't be taking any of my vehicles to them again.
Recently had my 2021 Mustang serviced for the first time at Levéillé. It was for an oil change. Was greeted pleasantly at the reception area and explained that a service person would meet with me shortly. I was given a seat number in the waiting room. Soon after Samuel from service introduced himself and explained what was being done and if there were any concerns. Was informed it would take roughly 1 to 1:15 hrs to complete. In about an hour my service was completed and Samuel informed me of the work performed. I then proceeded to pay and left Levéillé fully satisfied and was very reassured that my Mustang was well taken care of. Look forward to further visits.
Great Service! Gabriel is very professional and up front. No turning around the pot. The parts took longer that expected to get but I am very satisfied overall. Keep up the good work
from the vendor Benoit Lavallée, the sales director, FNI, everyone helped us and served us like we were the only persons in the place. Thank you all of you for the wonderful service and follow up.
