Story

Located in the heart of West Island, Towne Hall offers a seasonally inspired cuisine with European influences. The atmosphere is welcoming, much like a neighborhood classic; with a sophisticated yet casual elegance.

With its grand entrance, opulent crystal chandeliers, an expansive bar area, grand booths, open kitchen and wood-burning oven, Towne Hall embraces its European roots while delivering a modern and fresh dining experience. The place has great décor, I love the chandeliers! I went to the restaurant with my 3 friends. What I find quite annoying is that while we were eating our waitress would come frequently to ask us if we were done. It came to the point that my friend got annoyed so she didn’t finish her meal and let the waitress take it. Don’t get me wrong they are nice staff (the male ones) that greets you and give you water and the food was prepared pretty fast which we were super happy about. But it honestly just felt like high school all over again were the mean girls just looks at you condescendingly. Will I go back probably not.

Horrible experience. Male staff members were very nice, however, two female waitresses ruined our dinner. They were very rude, not giving us any privacy. They were starring at our table 2 feet away from us the entire time. Asking us if we were done every 10 minutes when we clearly weren’t done eating. Great music though. First and last time there. Hope the manager regulates his staff. Also, food was meh.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food! We love this restaurant! I have never been disappointed! Try their 3 tartar entrée, simply sublime!

Professional service, food is well prepared. Menu doesn't take any risks, sticks to the tried and true. For the west island, it would merit 4.5 stars. They should try to push the envelope a bit because I think they can.

Very nice decor , good service but we (5 people) got very sick after eating there! We will not go back. Stay away unless you are willing to sit on the toilet and puke for couple of days
