Restaurant Lafleur

Awful Customer Service. Also the cashier (Carol Anne P) refused to speak in English with me and told me in French she like to practise her English but refused to practise during our transaction. She told me she understands English perfectly too. She didn't even both to tell me the total to my transaction in any language. I speak French and English and I should be able to order in the language of my preference. Worst part: Her coworker knows how to communicate in English (he made my meal and asked if I wanted a lid for my box in English) and didn't even help out Carol Anne P. So much disrespect.

This Lafleur location has a problem with cleanliness (meaning they're not big on it), and a serious problem with flies buzzing around inside. The food itself is generally fine, but watch carefully that they haven't missed any items on a big order. I used to eat here, but now I prefer to take it out and eat it in the car or somewhere else that isn't buzzing with flies.

It's Lafleur so you probably know what to expect. This one is no different. I don't expect the staff to be overjoyed to work a minimum wage job, but still they're alright. At night the place is a little filthy. You can see the staff has enough and had a rough day so you cut them some slack since people are pigs. Anyway, foor is as good as any other Lafleur. Better choice than La Belle Province across the street.
