Great store with great prices. This location ALWAYS have the better deals. I’ve been shopping here for a very long time and it’s just been the same with the prices. Such a variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories to offer. It is wheelchair accessible but not through all of the aisles.nSanitizer is located at the entrance for convenience as well.
Ardene is definitely known for its wide variety—from basics to trendy pieces—all at budget-friendly prices. It’s a great spot to refresh your wardrobe without breaking the bank.
My perfect happy place!nI would love to visit this place. The shoes, bags, flip flops and sliders have great deal here.nnI found the best flip flops, shoes, sandles and even plushies deals here.nnI found my shoe love piece here and undoubtedly the staff was helpful too but since i. Had so many options I couldn’t pick one.
Manager's name tag is always facing her chest to hide her name.nnI absolutely love shopping here because it's affordable and trendy. I walk to Ardene bc I live nearby so I go here weekly.nHowever, there's this 1 senior employee, an Asian girl with heavy eyeliner. She worked today!. I've been shopping here for 5 years, and she's always been there with the same unwelcoming attitude.nThere was a $10 shirt in the $5 rack. No apology, no soft smile about the inaccuracy on their end. Her Hellos are very cold, and she often looks at clothing while welcoming customers.nI stood for a few minutes to use the change room but she walked pass me and headed straight for the washroom. I signaled to her before her entering the washroom and she ignored me.nI don't like the unfriendly environment. I just buy my stuff and leave.nnNb. I was at the same store in the AM and the cashier was going to charge me $10 for pants. I told the cashier is outside for $7. She went outside and I got the pants for $7.nThe prices do not seem consistent and its frustrating when the staff is even more lost.
Ardene Orfus Road is my go to store for affordable clothes, shoes and accessories. Associate Genesis is #1 in customer service. She's always friendly approchable, readily available to answer questions and provide assistance. She makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this Ardene location to my friends and family.
