Walked in with the expectation of getting some stocking stuffer since Ardenne normally have so nice items. I walked out empty handed, the huge jewelry section that was my go to was no longer there.
I visited on Tuesday during the day, and this was honestly the filthiest store I’ve ever walked into. There were boxes everywhere. The store is dusty & let me not get started about their fitting rooms. I ended up walking out without buying anything. The employees were dismissive, and when I asked for a size, an Asian associate responded, “Whatever we have, that’s it,” and walked away. Completely mediocre experience. I’ve shopped here around the same time for Xmas and I would find considerable amount of things, unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
I just left this location right now, I must say this is the worst customer service the Asian girl working cash right now horrible! I have never experienced this at this location. The cashier looks like she doesn’t want to be there no customer service skills at all!!! Made me bag my own items which it’s not a big deal but I have been here numerous of times never experienced something like that just walked away from the cash like I was trash didn’t say a word and just was left there to bag not knowing what to do.I will never be coming back to this location.
Great store with great prices. This location ALWAYS have the better deals. I’ve been shopping here for a very long time and it’s just been the same with the prices. Such a variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories to offer. It is wheelchair accessible but not through all of the aisles.nSanitizer is located at the entrance for convenience as well.
I am so disappointed. I went to the Ardene outlet with my 2 daughters on the 23rd. They have a reward system, if you spend 50 or more you get a 20 dollar cash card. We payed 54 dollars, I even asked the cashier if we would get the 20 dollars cash card or not. She told me yes I do and that it’ll be sent to my email. I checked again how much I spent it was 48.03 before tax. I was looking through my emails or messages for the cash card receipt I didn’t find anything though.. I just realized that we only spent 48 dollars now and that’s why we didn’t get the email or message or whatever. I am so disappointed that lady could’ve told us just to spent 2 dollars and now we missed out on a 20 dollar cash card. She seemed annoyed when I asked her about the cash card aswell. I am so very disappointed, and since sales are final I can’t even go back and return everything and repurchase everything back+ spend 2 extra dollars. Anyway yes I’m so very disappointed and I would’ve liked her to be more cautious and more willingly to help. By the way my purchase was at 6:18pm August 23rd.
