I shop a Harry Rosen when I'm on my way to an event but forgot an item at home. I like to shop quick and they really respect my time when I'm there. I give them a description on what I want, they get me the item, perhaps with a few selections. Excellent service, prompt, and sales staff with good taste with respect for my needs.

First of all, I have seen Harry Rosen for many years (7 to be exact) and this location definitely is above all exceptional. I have never been there until this year because I needed to buy a suit for my wedding. I got in touch with Rogers who is by far the best employee in there. Showed care compassion enthusiasm, expertise and above all curated an open trustworthy relationship with me my fiancé and mother. I couldn’t have been happier to go to the Yorkdale location for the first time ever just to meet someone like him who practically sold me two suits all based on his personality and representing the brand, the company, and probably Canada’s leading branch in the highest form of excellence. Definitely a must go for anything that is deemed clothing.

What started out as a poor experience in the store over a misunderstanding about a refund quickly turned into a positive experience. A manager called me and sorted out the return with great professionalism and demonstrated that Harry Rosen Yorkdale has top notch people behind the scenes making sure that customer service concerns are addressed promptly. Great job

came here to purchase my husband's wedding suit and the service was top notch. everything turned out perfectly and we will definitely return for any wardrobe needs rather than other stores in the mall based on their level of service
