Tourist RV were very pleasant when i went into their shop not knowing why my RV battery wasnt working in my travel trailer. The service man found the solution very quickly and didnt try to mislead me. Very happy with the service.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! Went in to buy wheel covers off of a used RV. Bob, the mechanic was very helpful, but didn't know the price. I spoke to the owners (who didn't have a good grasp of the English language), and we painstakingly came to an agreement on price if I removed them myself. A few minutes into removing the wheel covers, the owner comes out and said he found these on a website for more money, so he wanted to double the price??!! I told him "a deal is a deal, I've already paid". He told me I could get a refund, or keep the 2 that were already off. Needless to say, I took my refund and left, never to return. What a waste of time!! This place used to be Hayes RV, and is now 'Tourist RV'. I urge anyone thinking of servicing their camper, or buying parts to avoid these jokers at all cost. I feel sorry for the nice mechanic working for these people! Spend your hard earned $$ anywhere but here!!
