Best experience I have ever had buying a car! I live 45 minutes away and I will return the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. Recently purchased a new 2023 Palisade with Lauria Hyundai. We worked with Eric Briggs during the purchase of the vehicle and he was exceptional! Eric as a father could relate to all of our family needs and focused on those needs and helped us get into the perfect vehicle. We went through all the options with us and all the details, worked around our busy schedule and accommodated us to the fullest. I would 100% recommend working with Eric and Lauria Hyundai.
We bought a car here recently and the entire experience was exactly as one would hope. Eric Briggs, the salesman, was fantastic to deal with right from the start. He was patient, sincere, knew a tremendous amount about their cars and did not pressure us. When we picked up the car, the paperwork was well organized and he spent a lot of time making sure our phones were hooked in and we had our choice of other settings. Well done! Just bought a 2023 sonata n line from Lauria Hyundai. The overall process was great. The salesman, Karl Zaman was very informative, communicated with me every step of the way, and answered all the questions I had. Karl even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy. Overall a great experience from Lauria Hyundai.

I've been a client of Lauria Hyundai for a while now and though not always very happy with their services nor the prices, my ratings fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars I have to say Lauria Hyundai is dependable for good service and have recently upped their game; improving their customer service Blair and Mandy both provide quality client care in the repair service area, Lauia has updated and overhauled the look and feel of the showroom and service area, and I really like the great carwash at their Volkswagen building next door - a real convenient plus to wash my car every visit. Now if only they could provide some outdoor seating, shaded, especially considering Covid it would be great.
I was visiting Janis Uzcan for my first electric vehicle test drive experience. She told me she was new on the job in sales, but she could have fooled me! she was very knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions were answered with kindness and clear knowledge. My experience with her felt genuine as I did not feel any pressure to buy on the spot but rather to take my time and make the right choice. I will definitely be dealing with Janis for my vehicle purchase at Lauria!
I received a call from Karl who essentially proposed a saving grace of a plan from a previously owned car that turned into a headache. Thanks to Karl and a great service experience, they were able to set me up in a previously loved Hyundai Tucson. A quick and positive service experience, and an amazing vehicle.
My experience was the WORST EVER! We came in a for fuel pump and received a quote of $1,500.00 for the fuel pump and we were told not to fill it to a full tank until the fuel pump was replaced so we said OK. We then noticed a brake issue, the car was towed and we were told that we needed a full brake job also and got another phone call saying the total fix would now be close to $3,900.00. We brought our car home a week ago and decided to fill the car up today for the first time since the repairs. We could not fill it up! It OVERFLOWED!!! when the gage shows only half a tank! Never Ever had this problem before and frustrated again. Another call back to them to fix the problem. Our experience has been poor to say the least. Today, I have changed my previous rating from 1 star to 4 stars. We brought the car back to Lauria Hyundai. The 1st step to fix the above problem was to blow excess gas out of the vent valve after which they said car was fixed so we went to pick it up. We went to fill up gas right away as it was only half to 3/4 full and we had the SAME problem as we could only fill in 76cents before it started overflowing again so we took it back right away. They weren't sure what was going on. After a few days they called us back to say they were replacing the vent valve at NC. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem so they said they would call us back. We then received a call that they were replacing the fuel tank at NC. This seemed to have solved the problem as they again called us after putting gas in the tank which we had requested. We went to pick up the car and turned it on and it rumbled like it was going to explode. When we went to explain that a service person needs to hear the sound the car is now making it was suggested that because our car was old only 10 years that was the problem. However, when the service technician and I bent down to look down under the car to both our amazement we found that the car catalytic converter was missing. It was stolen from our car the night before which explained the rumbling sound. To say we were again totally stressed is the tip of the iceberg. Although, there was some hesitation about what to do by the Lauria Hyundai staff they did the right thing and replaced the catalytic converter and the required sensors and gaskets again at NC so that we could finally drive our car home. This whole process took a little over 1 month and we did accept a courtesy car for the last week. We appreciate all their help and customer service and that is why we have changed our rating.
Just bought my Santa Cruz from Lauria Hyundai. The staff were all very friendly. Karl Zaman was my sales person. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Karl. Would recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle from. Thanks again Karl!!!
