On a recent road trip, the battery on my VW died. I got a boost and made my way to Lauria, who diagnosed and fixed the problem with a minimum of delay and the utmost courtesy. An excellent service experience in all respects, I only wish I lived closer so that I could bring more business to them. A big thank you for getting us back on our way and a strong recommendation for anyone looking for solid courteous service.

Although my Google name is Dave Smith it's actually Dave Periard and I live in Port Hope. We were looking for a vehicle for our son and went both to Lauria Hyundai and then to Lauria Volkswagen. Both places had exceptional sales people and made us feel at ease. I gave them a price and, and not only did they work with that price but got it lower than I expected. From Anthony the sales guy to Shane the sales manager, Ryan the detailer and Sara in finance, there was nothing less than extreme professionalism at making us feel at ease buying a new car. Bud you have a great staff and new customers!

This dealership has ChargePoint DC Fast charger and 2 X 240v charging stations. Salesman never bothered me (in fact, they asked me some questions on my Ioniq EV!). Thanks for the waiting room :-) ! You only need more eGolf now !!!
