Understanding our requirement:nWe purchased our second car 2021 Toyota Hybrid Rav4 from Quantrill Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac showroom at Port Hope and Wes was our sales representative. He was extremely courteous and patient while we discussed all the details of the car. It was such an ease talking to him, that we really got the confidence to sign the deal over telephone without physically seeing the car.nnPreparing for Delivery:nWes was kind enough, going through all the details of previous ownership, Carfax report and detailed features of the car. On the day of purchase which was in fact within 36 hours from the date of our offer, Wes coordinated with the service team to prepare the needful including an Oil change, Multi Point Inspection and gave us a 3 month / 5000 km warranty which was kinda cherry on the cake.nnPick Up Experience:nWhile we made the payments for the car and signing of documents were in progress, Wes ensured that my family was comfortable in the showroom. He even asked us to experience the Cadillac cars, which are often a dream to own one for many. During the entire discussion timeframe, neither Wes nor their sales team tried upselling the warranty add-ons, which made us feel that they really care of customers and respecting our thoughts.nnSatisfaction: 10 stars out of 5nnHighly recommend Wes and his team !!
