Toshi was born and raised near the birth place of sushi – the famous Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. Having always been in love with cooking, Toshi has been making Japanese home-style food for four decades. He briefly retired 15 years ago but quickly got tired of playing golf everyday. Returning to his first love, cooking, Toshi opened Toshi Sushi, a well-loved gem of a neighbourhood restaurant on 16th near Main.

Jetzt mal zum Handwerk Das sushi wurde geschnitten wie von unserem Sohn und der ist 6 Jahre! Wenn der Koch sich sushi Meister nennt dann sollte man ihm den Titel abnehmen sieh Foto das eine tempura war locker 4 cm stark abgeschnitten. .. wer soll sowas essen zumal es eh schon Pampe war Ich hatte nochmal angerufen um auf die Fehler hinzuweisen aber es wurde darauf geschoben das ja zu viel los sei und deswegen die Qualität leidet . Aber nur weil viel los ist bezahle ich doch trotzdem 100% und nicht die Hälfte.. also ich glaub die Suppe hatte nichtmal 200ml und das für 4.90. . Wir wurden noch nie so enttäuscht beim sushi .
