Excellent view of downtown! Great place to bring your dog, and to walk around. Close to the Telus Spark centre, the Calgary Zoo, Bridgeland, Renfrew, and not far off 16th ave 3 km
Splendid park for your pup and you - it has a great circuit path to follow around as many times as you'd like, and it has amazing views of downtown, gorgeous sunsets, and panoramic views of the city.
We went there for the July 1st, 2021 Canada day fire work. The firework was amazing and beautiful. There were not that many people, it was not crowded at all. We throughly enjoyed the fire work. Compare to the regular downtown one, it was definitely less crowded, enough space to park. If they do it here the next year, I would be definitely coming back. This was my first time at this park and it looked amazing at night. I would love to come back at day time to enjoy the view.
I lived in Forest Lawn for five years, and never knew this park was here. While searching around recently for some of the best views in Calgary for some content, i discovered this park! The reviews did not lie. Definitely in the top three for views of the downtown skyline that i have seen!
Large dog park we visit daily. They just repaved the parking lot and made it larger, fits 20 cars. Gets windy at times but beautiful sunsets
Great views, friendly dogs and people. Watch out for occasional land mine. Remember to pick up after your doggo
It’s a nice park to go for a walk and get a beautiful view of downtown. It’s also an off-leash area to bring your dog for a walk. The park is not very big and finding a parking spot can get a bit challenging sometimes. There’s a tiny parking lot but mostly people park on the street.
Great park, great people, and great dogs. One of my favourite places to go with my little family!
Great view of down town. Lots of space for your dogs to run around off leash. Small parking lot as well as plenty of street parking near by.
Nice view of downtown. Dog park. Access into bridgeland and could walk down to St Patrick's Island. Went just before sunset pretty busy with people walking dogs. Also good spot from the north east to watch stampede fire works. Not a spend the day kind of park, but a nice walk.
