This is a great little off-leash spot. It's not really meant for a walk, and isn't the best location for throwing a ball, but it's got a great view at sunset and is fun to tromp around with the kids and the dog. A nice spot for a secret picnic. There's a whole other section of this off-leash area. Essentially it's a large swath of wild growth. If you're into exploring difficult terrain and doing a bit of bush whacking, you may enjoy seeing just what you find in the woods. It basically starts from Elbow Drive on the west side to the sidewalk that cuts up into Brittania.
Very scenic and well kept park area. I like how even though it is close to the inner city it still feels like it's not in the city because of all the trees. Just please pick up after your dog!
