Worst staff didn't answer any emails no consideration even you are in great pain you need to wait upto 1 or 2 weeks to see a doctor they will tell you that's the only have available for appointment seriously? your suffering from pain and you need to wait that long. And also the doctor always new so not good for a family doctor because your going to tell them again and again what's going on because it's a new doctor instead of them telling you what's going on to you because you have already a history that's why you called them family doctor

I am fairly new to Edmonton and have a medical condition that requires a Dr.s visit every three months for blood work analysis. My experiences so far has been very positive. The staff are polite and helpful whether it is in person or on the phone. My Dr. has been very informative in terms of what is best to manage my condition and always thorough. Found my new doctor in Edmonton!

April 2019 I again visited the clinic and to my satisfaction the Dr addressed my previous concerns. The situation was clarified and I appreciate my comments being taken seriously. 2 years ago... TLC MEDICAL I called about 0930 to book an appointment to see a doctor today. I spoke to Marda, one of the assistants at the counter, she informed me that the Dr I wanted to see would be in at 1300. I asked her for an appointment and she told me the earliest I could see the Dr. Would be 1315. Arrived at that time and checked in. After an hour had past I went to the counter to check if my appointment was recorded . I was told by another staff that I was put in as a walk in…I explained that I call to make an appointment so why would I be put in as a walk in…Marta then came to the counter and started arguing with me, telling me that I’m usually a walk in. I asked if anytime I had walked in have I called ahead. She had no answer. The staff are rude and quite abrupt with patients. I listened as they fielded calls and they seem to lack basic customer service skills. I explained my concerns to Dr Hasan. I hoped he addresses this with his staff and especially Marda. I also noted the the chairs in the waiting area are disgustingly stained. This clinic is getting a poor rating only due to the front end staff. The Dr. is very good.

WORST service ever. Got wrong address for medical tests. Front staff has children behind counter. I think it is also a daycare. Was not notified dr I had an appt with was on holidays. Needed a referral for other issues. Two months later still waiting. Have phoned to find out what is happening. Never got an answe to my concerns Wish I could give a 0 stars

Went in to support someone today.... wish I could give a 0 rating.... dont know where the doctor got his degree. I have never heard that one must take Reactin for congestion. This doctor that we saw ..... just want to make money..... hope we never see him again

NO STARS! Don't know why I came back here! Dr. Safrani and his colleagues are a joke. I don't even know who would have graduated these peoe from medical school. Where do I start. 1. Having a grown man lay down and cough while grabbing his testicles during a physical examination=your doing it wrong! 2. Having to beg for a echocardiogram for a patient that has a heart murmur and heart problems in her family after receiving information from another professional to obtain one. 3. Not being able to check a child for a common ear ache/infection due to wax but not having equipment or knowledge to surpass the great world problem of a minor wax build up to see past to the ear drum. Never will I ever trust my families health to these quacks again.

I can't say I ever went there because they told me they don't bill Manitoba health Care and I'm in the middle of traveling that just sounds sketchy never had that issue before so I'm kind of in the middle two and a half Stars

Very very bad service . i received my blood works result and the doctor did not even stay with me for 5minutes . I was new to edmonton and needed that blood work result but i ended up redoing it with another doctor because they have poor service , plus the receptionist are very rude if you are new and when you are not familiar to them they will not approached you . Very bad I will never come back .

Very bad service Doctor is keep changing and when we go to appointment they are not ready to help The one in the evening receptionist was like she was to get rid of us so saying we are closing soon and doctor is tired already If they can't help us then why they are there She was keep explaining the same stuffs that we are busy doctors is busy bla bla So much irritating Never gonna go back and gonna change new clinic

Do not go here if u are a medical marijuana user the doctor there told me the rash on my hand is because I'm high on weed he said it's in you're head harsh I say I'm a Canadian and like everyone I have right to health care I didn't use before appointment it's discrimination is what that doctor did to me and I'm not done have nice day thinking the media should hear about this place
