I bring my small dog here to be groomed, the girls in the salon are always smiling and are very helpful. You can tell they are very passionate about their job and they always take good care of my dog. All the girls are great but I have had very good results from Kailey and Melissa. I would definitely reccomend this location.

Our big boy Dallas is not a fan of strangers (big, muscly mastiff rottweiler cross) but everytime he comes to the groomers here he is generally calm and gets groomed without incident. I heard the groomers talking to the dogs in a soothing voice and man it shows how much they care.
Best wash and nail cut I have tried, Dallas always feels very snuggable afterwards and gets a complimentary handkerchief on the neck and a smile on the face.

I did on online order on pet supplies on discount for Canada Day long weekend and for some reason the system messed up the order and sent one item for a pick up at another PetSmart location. Carolyn at the PetSmart Marine Drive was really helpful when we realized the screw up and let me get the item from her store, called the other location, canceled that one item order for me and arranged for them to refund me that item. Carolyn gets these 5 stars just for her very helpful, polite and amazing customer service.

They have so much collection and very good place to purchase all your pet stuff but if you buying fish please make sure you keep eye on when they catch fish

I have 2 small dogs. I take them here to get their nails cut. Never had a problem 👍🏼
