Thought I was the only one. But I experienced the exact same thing as the person before me. Owner is always saying she is working on my jewelry or not there and will not respond to messages. In my opinion, there are plenty of other small business that do a much more professional job and will actually get the job done. This business is not worth the headache.

The items in this shop are great. The owner Stephanie seems very nice, but unfortunately this is a guise to gain your trust before you never see your dream piece or deposit back. You will get the version she had time to make. Getting a custom item made here will be a severe disappointment, waste of time and money. Avoid paying any deposits and certainly, get any promises in writing. How this place is still open for business is an absolute mystery!

Hate doing this to a local business, but I know I can’t be the only one who’s experienced this. Dropped off some jewelry for repair and also paid for custom jewelry to be made. Months go by, with no communication from the owner. Left several messages with no responses. My advice to anyone wanting to get anything custom made by them: go somewhere else where they will actually be honest if they can’t fix or make your jewelry and will be upfront about any mistakes. Dishonest and unrealiable. When they do finally contact you after months of silence, they will say they were too “busy”, when the store is empty every time I pass by, and after months of holding onto your jewelry, will tell you they can’t do the job. I don’t know how they stay in business. Complete waste of time and money.
