You get your money right away after they check quality of items. But I got a weird vibe in the store. Bad energy in there.

I've been in here twice now & both times I was treated like garbage. The rudest most unfriendly staff I've ever come across. Once I had to ask 3 times to get my necklace back after I came in for an estimate for repair. Very shady atmosphere. On another occasion I witnessed a staff member become very aggressive and angry towards a blind man because he was wearing sun glasses. First off he had no idea they were talking to him & his friend tried to explain that he was seeing impaired. They wouldn't listen and embarrassed the poor man in front of everyone in the store making him take his glasses off to prove he was blind. They could have been a little more discreet and tactful. Maybe go up to the gentleman instead of yelling at him from the middle of the store! Shameful. What a bunch of miserable people.

Fair price when selling jewlery and coins , but they do not give you as much info as other places.
