Went to this store to have my watch battery replaced. Before agreeing with the price, I asked if there is a warranty and upon checking my watch, the store said 1 year warranty so all is good. After 15 mins which is fast like the other reviews, I went back to get my watch and it is now working. I asked for the receipt and confirmed if I can present it to claim warranty just in case. I was surprised that the store said they cannot give me warranty because my watch has a stopwatch and they have no assurance that I won’t use it. And I was like, okay you said there is warranty in the beginning. They still said no but they claim that the new battery should last for 2 years without using the stopwatch. Since I don’t have time arguing i paid it and got off. It has been a month now and the watch is still working. I hope it lasts for the next 23 months.

Got my Tag watch battery replaced and strap adjusted. Took only 15 to 20 minutes! Definitely recommend. Less expensive then the Bay. Cheers!

Been in a few times, though prob won't again. Prices are higher than most online retailers, and the staff kept pushing wrong discount prices on me for something I was interested in. 40% off all citizen watches, did the math but the staff just kept punching in stuff on his calculator which was actually more around 34% not 40%. He then said I was wrong even though I used Google and another 2 or 3 sites too confirm I was right and was even showint him my phone and the process so I ended up just leaving. I wasn't going to not only get scammed at wrong advertised retail prices/discounts, but then have too argue about it when I can just get them online cheaper. Decent selection but bad treatment of potential customers is a huge turn off.

I bought my digital watch for work. I was the told the battery was replaced with a new one. 3 weeks after my purchase the battery died. I took it back to the store today and told him what happen. He "replaced" it again. This time the screen started to flicker so...again with in 15 mins of leaveing his store, i went back again. I showed him the screen and he took the watch to "fix" it. After 5 mins he told me the light is no longer working and that the screen itself needs to be replaced. He did not want to exchange the watch. I walked in to get my battery changed and walked out with a broken watch.

Compared to other stores in the mall, price was reasonable for the battery replacement performed. Thanks again for the prompt service!

Amazing guy and service! Went into the store for a simple watch strap for my new seiko dive watch, and ended up coming out with a super comfy almost silk feeling rubber strap! And a ring for my girlfriend! He also was kind and installed my new strap for me without charge, even after me saying that it’s okay and that I have my tools at home. I know some places that charge for that simple service. Kind guy, valued my time.

- Battery change price is higher than other professional watch repair. - staff/owner there is not enthusiastic about providing decent customer service. - did not inform about needle adjustment needs prior or after battery change service If you have a slightly higher end watch quartz or mechanical , avoid getting your watch serviced here. edit: After a closer look at my watch, I have discovered a damaged second hand. There is clearly a scratch mark on the hand. This was a $500 dollar watch and it was a special gift..

Three of my watches, which I use during my Personal Training sessions with my clients, all needed new batteries. I dropped by early this evening and they replaced all three batteries with new ones in 30 minutes for $47. It saved me time and money. I'll be going back again as needed and recommend this place to anyone needing a new battery for their watch!

Very good! i took my movado watch here to get battery changed, after 'Watch IT' store screwed up twice on it! These guys are pro, did it in 5 minutes! I was in and out fast! Price is reasonable! i would recommend going here for battery changes for your watches! They have all the right tools to get it done, very professional. Gave me good advise on how to use my movado to increase the battery life on it!

This little store has great selection on Citizen , Seiko, Bulova, g-shock and more ....I got my Citizen watch here , great service and price. LOVE MY NEW WATCH!!! Highly recommand.
