I needed to get my watches adjusted. Both Jill and Jack were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The work was done in a caring timely manner. They also took the time to show me a few beautiful future pieces. We chatted about the watches but there was no pressure - just first-class service. True professionals - through and through!
Amazing experience. Buying engagement ring for the first time and George was very helpful and answered all our questions. He guided us through the process and was transparent the entire time. Definitely recommend Lugaro and I’ll be coming here for all my jewellery needs in the future.
