I bought a wedding ring and the diamonds kept falling out of it. Took it back to get fixed twice in the month and a half I had the ring. The first time the diamonds fell apart 5 min after my husband left the store - even before I put it on. Now I cant get my money back - only another ring or buy something else in that store. I had to get another ring with them and I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get it. Total disappointment. Will never shop there again.

I bought two rings I was told final sale,bad customer service, my rings were supposed to be ready after resizing on schedule day, but when I went there, they were not ready. The owner promised to deliver them to my home, 2 days over havn't received them yet, when I call the shop, no body take the responsibility, not shopping there again.
