I appreciate how they bring smaller brands together. I recently bought some gold hoops that have amazing quality at a very reasonable price. Any time I try on "fashion" jewellery and I am obsessed I try to look for a quality piece that supports local or smaller brands and blue ruby does a fantastic job at this.
A nice little store with friendly staff. Came here with my wife. She was looking for barrettes. She found a few that she liked. Prices were quite reasonable. Good stores.
Update: they asked me to email them which resulted in absolutely NOTHING. Why bother asking me to email you when you’re not even going to do anything about this? What a waste of time. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS POOR BUSINESS. Don’t purchase their earrings unless you want to throw away your money. The earrings don’t stay on. The tiny stopper at the back is a bit too big for the earring and slides easily. It falls off everytime I go swimming, get undressed/dressed or take a shower. They finally fell off for good. Save your money!
Karla is amazing! I live out of town and I needed to purchase a specific necklace. Karla went above and beyond to find the necklace and email me pictures. She also made sure it would be there for when I came in. This is hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time! Thanks again Karla
Dear ruby blue management, If I had the option to give you 0 stars I would have in a heart beat. I visited your store for the first time today as I had a present to exchange and was simply to get some assistance. Your pink haired employee provided me with nothing but extreme attitude from the moment I came in. The store was empty and I was looking to potentially get a different item that is more expensive than the initial gifts value that I had, however considering the horrendous treatment from your employee I decided to simply return the gift and receive a gift card for its value. I can promise you that if this is not resolved internally that this employee will simply cost further loss in business.
I normally have a great experience here and love the stuff, this time I came in to get a ring and they didn't have my size. The girl was great and ordered it from another location telling me it would be available the following week, Tuesday. I didn't hear anything for a bit and my friend went into the store on Tuesday and asked if it had come in yet but was told no, it would be a little longer. So I waited one week and the following Tuesday I decided to call and ask about my order. The lady then told me that they had received it on Tuesday but they called me and I didn't answer so they put it out to sell and they didn't have it anymore. I told her that was not possible as I had no phone call, no voice mails and my friend had come in. She seemed flustered and apologetic and offered to order me a new one and I said that was fine. A couple hours later, I missed when I was at work and on my voicemail was some ruffling and an abrupt hangup which I thought was just a wrong number. Then today Thursday I thought again about that phone call and decided to call the number and see who it was, it was the store. I asked why they called and the lady told me I had a ring on hold. I asked her how it was possible that they had received the order only hours after they had placed it?? She was very dismissive and just asked when I could come get it. I came in a few hours later and very nicely tried to get answers for the very weird scenario and the girl was super dismissive insisting that they had called me and left a message even though they clearly had not. I suspect they still had the ring and the first girl just couldn't find it when I was on the phone with her and just found it after. Which is honestly fine, I've worked retail and done the same. But the lying afterwards and blaming the customer is really unprofessional and quite disappointing. When I went to pick up the ring the second girl had such an attitude too, refusing to address any concerns and just kinda said it was my own fault. Very rude, barely made eye contact and only mumbled to me and shoved the card reader at me... I'll probably just shop at other locations after this.
Great place, good selection, and great people. Visited half a dozen jewelry stores today and knew we’d return as none of the other places came close. Impressed with the young lady who helped us, too. Much more modern jewelry.
My girlfriend and I used to come here a lot before COVID. However, on December 20 when my girlfriend and I came here, the lady wearing the grey turtleneck was RUDE RUDE RUDE. We were patiently waiting for our turn to enter the store just like everyone else. Right before our turn, a very nice lady asked what were we looking for and we told her that we were looking for rings When we got inside we were looking around and approached the lady in grey turtleneck, she was not very helpful. We showed her an Instagram picture of the ring we were looking for and she told us that they do not have it. We asked for her help to find it at another location but she could not find it which was understandable. She got my contact info and was willing to call back. However, right before we were about to leave, she warned us that the ring we were looking for was pure gold sapphire blah blah and told us that it was going to be the higher end price with the attitude that we could not afford it. I really did not appreciate her looking at us this way. Will only be back when she is not working there. Hated the treatment we got
I went in to buy a necklace for my girlfriend and i had no idea what i wanted but Keyrah was very helpful finding something that my girlfriend would love to wear! Would recommend to family and friends very helpful and knew what they were selling to customers which is very important!!
Was a bit anxious going into a jewelry store but the staff helped me out a lot and showed me exactly what I needed and made me comfy. Very high recommendation for Emily
