such a bad experience. recommend not to visit.i bought a chain of 600bucks nd wore it for 3 days then the lock of chain was not working ...i went back to the store they denied to exchange or refund..even the staff was so rude...their manager was always unavailable.....not worthy at all.....

I went into their store and I think based on the way I was dressed casual- track pants and a t-shirt, I was not greeted/acknowledged. Not even a simple hello... very poor customer service in my eyes. I ended up leaving and purchased an engagement ring elsewhere because of this.

Worst experience. My friends bought a 600 pendant. No response from store side. They have been asking to meet manager but been there number of times couldn't find manager and even we tried calling in store but no one answers the call. Wastage of time.
