Tim Hortons

These guys couldn't care less about you if you go inside and the employees don't pay attention. So double check your order and make sure they did it right because they will most likely mess it up or not even make it. I ordered through the tablets and they served 5 people before I finally caught their attention that I had ordered before those people and still didn't have mine. My co-workers ordered from them today and had the same thing happen. Make sure you tell them you ordered on the tablets as soon as you do it or you will be waiting awhile. Every time we have stopped its a minimum of 30 mins to be able to order and then even longer to get your order. I didn't get to order today or get to eat because they took so long and my co-workers had their food but I still hadn't even been able to place my order. There were 7 workers there and only 1 person working the front while the rest stood around talking and helping the drive thru. I will never use this Tim Hortons again.

Staff is really very nice and they always welcome with smile. i have been to this tim hortons from last months and really a nice experience. I would definitely recommend all to go and enjoy your time.

I ordered one crispy chicken wrap. Wrap is good but chicken is almost burnt and hard to chew. Please take care of it. Thank you!

The last four times we’ve been here, this location has forgotten stuff in our order. I’ve given more chances than I should have. We’re sick of getting down the road and finding out that our order is wrong. They’ve also got really lazy. No sleeves on hash browns, luke warm coffee and slim on the products that go into the sandwich’s etc. the low stars are all well deserved.

When you come in you think you will be served right away? Nope the guys here are too busy talking to each other while I stand and wait with no one in front of me. Never mind asked for sparkling quencher hibiscus berry and got the opposite.
