Tim Hortons

Very disappointing visit. Ordered a SIGNATURE toasted cheese with bacon sandwich at the drive through window. I got a piece of bread with 2 pieces of cheese in it. Not toasted, not melted and no bacon. I called as I had left the area and was told I could come back and get another one. I asked for a gift card as I was many miles down the road but was told no. I asked for the manager to call me but was told this won't happen as they are too busy. Guess I am just out of luck! Way to go Timmy's you took my money and gave nothing but bad in return. I suggest everyone STOP spending their money at Tim's They just do not care and they do not deserve our hard earned $$$$.

Just went through the drive through about 10 minutes ago, the staff was completely unorganized, sat at the window for about 2 minutes nobody said hello... Was asked what my order was twice.... Got my drinks, then was asked why I was still waiting at the window and reminded them I haven't received my food yet which was an everything bagel double toasted with butter, and a grilled cheese no bacon. I waited at the window for almost 10 minutes and I received: an everything bagel barely toasted with no butter, and a grilled cheese with bacon... If time was not of the essense for me to travel back to the Okanagan tonight I would have gone in and complained. Bagel went in the garbage. My sis and I split her grilled cheese.

This Timmie's is really fast most of the time. Sometimes in the evening, the drive through is slow. Typically a better than average Tim's. Thanks

Such fast Service! The drive thru had 8 cars in front of us and we had our order in less than 4 minutes!
