Simply perfect in all aspects of the business. 100% accuracy. My dark roast is always perfectly consistent quality. Friendly attentive staff. Best location in the city. I've tried them all. This one gets it right.

I only used this location for the rest room while I was in the area but it was clean and smelled good, when sometimes these kinds of restrooms can be not so pleasant. I did see the rest of the restaurant and it also did look clean and tidy and staff seemed to be enjoying their work so that has to be a good sign.

Had awful experiences the last 2 times due to this restaurant not having what my family wanted to eat. I ordered a chicken chipotle wrap but they didn’t have all the ingredients so had to order something else. Then the sides: they had 3 or 4 soups advertised and they were out of my first...and second choice. So then I opted for the potato wedges instead and they were out of that too. So then I went for a side salad but it costed a lot more than a regular side and the cashier refused to let it go for the price of a regular side. On top of all this, the restaurant was quiet and the staff are either really slow or just are not geared for retail service. It took another 15 to 20 mins for the food to be ready. Had similar experience on another visit. I won’t visit this place again and likely won’t buy food from Tim’s again. I’ll stick to “just coffee”

I ordered a steak and cheese panini, they didn't put any steak on it. They prioritize the drive thru, they don't place to much urgency for walk ins. Edit: They added new employee recently...real gems.
