Starbucks

This evening's service was slow, (normally they are pretty quick) the "hot" pumpkin spiced latte was just a tad cool, and the dessert I ordered was stale from sitting unprotected in the refrigerator case. Staff were friendly, if not a little disorganized. If the staff member who was stocking the milks had stopped for a few minutes to help the ONLY staff member making drinks, the pile of drink orders would have been served in half the time. They were certainly off their "A" game tonight.

Two stars for many reasons. One being the staff are friendly, but lazy. And will not help if they are “not being paid right now” yes that’s a quote from a staff who was finished but was unwilling to help or to even send along the message to someone who as working at the time. Reason number two, there is no manager you can contact via email or phone number to handle complaints such as their filthy bathrooms and neglect of maintenance in there. I’ve mentioned twice that their water pressure is too strong and it’s yet to be fixed. Also they’ve made my drink wrong by neglecting to read the request of light cream on sticker numerous times. Which is wasteful when they remake it for me. Last but not least, THEY NEVER UODATE THEIR “SOLD OUT” ITEMS ON THE APP. if you want something, and they don’t have it. They wait until you’re waiting for it to be made to tell you they’re all out, and if you choose a sandwich that’s cheaper than the one you ordered on the app, they don’t change the price. I go to this Starbucks everyday almost and trust me, I’m not making any of these up. I go because it’s my local coffee shop. I’d go elsewhere if I could.

Good coffee shop. There is, however, a female staff member who's constant laughter I can't help but find both LOUD and annoying AF. It just ruins the whole atmosphere of the place. I'm sorry....

No brown sugar and no cream today. Then I cannot even expect to see honey! Only white sugar and milk!

I don't particularly care for this Starbucks. The staff is so busy with loud laughing and goofing around that they don't seem to have time nor care to clean the place!!! ITS ALWAYS DIRTY HERE!!! These photos were taken at 9:30AM!!
