McDonald's

Ordered a Greek salad with 2 extra chicken patties. After waiting a long time, got my salad, it had bacon on it, I looked it up and a Greek salad doesn't come with bacon nor is there an option on the kiosk to remove bacon as a topping if it even existed. Anyways they aplogized and I I heard the employee to tell them to remake my salad with no bacon. Within a minute I got another salad( I wondered why it was so fast to make this time) , opened the salad and it was now a Ceasar salad with the chicken. I could also smell some bacon still, when I realized all they did was take the chicken out of my salad and throw it into a Caesar salad. So not only did I get the wrong salad as a replacement, they didn't actually remake it, they didn't give a damn that the chicken would still be contaminated with bacon and just reused it anyway. I threw out the salad and walked out. Never returning again.

Friendly and quick service. Food is the usual fast gourmet type. I like their coffee better than Tomorrow Horton's.

Tried the "walk-in" service around 5:00pm today, then waited 15 minutes for our two meals. Besides being late the girl behind the counter gave our meal to another customer. She noticed after he had opened the boxes for the burger and chicken sandwich. She decided to swap it on the tray. I noticed and asked her if they were going to make another burger. Reserving food that was already served to someone else??? She had to punch the burger and chicken sandwich in again. Finally got our food, our number on the sign is now in red, cause it is late. Got to the table, my wife's chicken sandwich we ordered grilled, and they gave us crispy! Back to the counter... recommend going through the drive-thru. There was nobody waiting when we ordered. The drive-thru served about 25+ cars while we were waiting.

Seriously the best service received in any McDonald’s I’ve ever entered. Clearly the owner/s are not same owners as the other McDonalds in Kanata. Clean place and attentive staff especially the shift managers. Kudos to the owners and staff for making this restaurant beyond just a “Fast Food Restaurant”!

Fairly typical McDonald's. They are usually fast and friendly, but occasionally our order is not quite right. The kiosk ordering is nice, but the machines are so slow that in the end it's faster to just wait in line. Recently they've removed the napkins and straws making you need to ask for them which is annoying.
