Tim Hortons

This morning i waited over twenty minutes, for two breakfast sandwiches. The male employee had a realy bad attitude. The rest of the staff were great as usual. The manager asked me if i would like something else to eat.

The staff here are always friendly and efficient. Wait times are less than at other locations. Only negative is the single use washrooms.

I worked near this Tim's location, so I often go there for my lunch, but I never got what I ordered. They always mess up the order for example if you order your sandwich/wrap grilled, you will never get it grilled. The staff is not properly trained. I would like to share my today's experience. I order Grilled Veg Wrap, first it took almost 10 mins for the person to understand the order. Then I waited for my food to be prepared and to my wonder lady who started to prepare my food, she was confused or what I am not sure. So she left the food open for 5 minutes , after that another lady came and complete the order. After paying 4 $ what I got in my wrap, just 2 lettuce and 2 slice of tomatoes. They don't have cucumber, onion or any other veges. Highly disappointed. Never going back to this location or any other Tim Horton's. And this is not the first time, once I order vegetable soup , but instead I got Chicken Noodle soup how come the server not recognised the difference. Only option left for me was to garbage it, as being vegetarian I cannot eat that. Highly disappointed. Please do something or hire experienced staff.

Very clean timmies and looks very new. They are also extremely clean and food quality is your normal good timmies food.

Terrible service, ignored by three staff for ten minutes. Had to ask server to change gloves as I saw him handle money, the make food and handle money again.
