Starbucks

I work across the street so this is a convenient location, most of the time drinks are great. But I’m the last couple months there is one barista who clearly doesn’t know how to make a drink. When she makes orders I always have to bring them back to be made by someone else. My coworkers and I have started going to the Starbucks at chapters to get our drinks made properly.

Been here about a dozen times. To me this is strictly a take out location, even though there are tables and chairs. Staff are friendly and coffee is fine but it's not a place to sit down and relax. Rarely do I see anyone sitting and reading or working. Compared to some other locations in the city, there are no newspapers available for customers. The only people who do sit seem to be off duty staff or friends of staff. Great location to run in and pick up a coffee to go.

Too expensive, will never be as good as Tim hortons but they do have so great tasting drinks there

New store manager decides it’s too expensive to brew decaf even in the morning...Starbucks continues to go downhill - can’t wait for Bridgehead to come to Kanata, won’t have to drive to Pinecrest

I was there during my car was in service at Canadian Tire, the WiFi was convenient, not too busy before lunch time during the week, service was friendly and fast. The peppermint mocha tastes really good!
