Had a great experience here on Saturday. My wife is lactose intolerant and the Black Diamond Tims does not carry soy milk (ever). The young guy at the register was great to deal with and the service was quick and convenient. We will most certainly be back as our local Tims doesn't offer the full menu.

Terrible service almost everytime, the orders are wrong more often then not.
    In the drive thru they shove your coffee in your face everytime, even if the drive thru is not busy!  and if you go in they are always slow to serve you.    Today (dec 23) I walked in at about 8 am and stood there.   2 girls were in the back talking and 2 people at the drive thru (drive thru was empty) one girl was "playing" with the lids and the one guy was playing with his headphones.      I stood there for almost 5 minutes and the guy looked at me 2-3 times.   I finally just left and went to the drive thru.             the service at this tim hortons is absolutely horrendous.  Probably why the original one is always busy.  

Get it together.

Hit or miss. Sometimes it is great service and quality and other times it is subpar.
