I recently visited this location on Halloween day for lunch with my three kids, and despite the crowd, the service was top-notch. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience special. As I was waiting for our order, he noticed I was juggling keeping an eye on my kids and waiting for our food. He kindly asked for our order number and told me to sit down with my kids, offering to bring our order over to the table. I was incredibly grateful for his kindness and attentiveness.nnWhat really stood out was that he was doing the same for another family, showing that it wasn't just a one-time thing. His actions made a big difference to us, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great service he provided. If you're a manager like him, you're doing something right! We'll definitely be back!

Rude disrespectful employee hung up on me multiple times while trying to communicate about a system error I was charged for food and received an order number they refused to feed my child the order was not cancelled. I was not refunded nor did I receive a cancellation email or communication through the app to that effect I only asked who I was speaking with for reference to the problem he refused to give me a name or confirm I was speaking with a manger I'll now be reporting to head office I hope this person is written up I work for Mc Donald's and I've never treated anyone like this in my life this is the face of Mc Donald's do better.

Ordered a cappuccino from this McDonald’s and found a fly in the cup. Absolutely disgusting. I had already left and had to drive all the way back just to get a replacement. The staff did give me a new one, but it was a huge inconvenience and shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Really disappointed with the hygiene standards here.

The drive-through was quite slow. While I received my food on time, my smoothie, which was supposed to take 3 to 5 minutes as per the staff, ended up taking over 10 minutes. They did upgrade my small to a medium, which was a nice gesture, but the service definitely needs to be faster.

They clear your order from the cue to hit their time goals and then it’s up to each customer to track down an employee and hand over their receipts to ask for their orders to be fulfilled. You can expect to wait 20+ minutes each visit and they’ll cut corners like pretending they already gave you a drink, no sauce, half empty bag of fries etc.
