The staff are great, but the drinks are inconsistent with taste and being correct. They cannot get the VSCCB right ever. I always go to the Save-on location if I want a guaranteed good drink.

Quality of service and product is inconsistent. Some staff are spot on and amazing others are barely present. Management is unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

One of the best experiences dining in at Starbucks. I was warmly greeted and offered an alternative, which I did enjoy, when the menu beverage cold brew was 86'd. Thank you Okotocks.

I love it. Nice quiet place to share a tea or coffee with a friend or partner. However it's quite pricey.
