brand new Tim's extremely clean and no line ups because of where it's located not a lot of people come staff are really friendly

This location is always slow. The staff are friendly but they have a problem with speed. Like other reviews have said the service is slow and you'll wait 12 minutes just to put in an order when it's only you in line and then wait 5 more minutes to get a cup of tea. I've often just gone to the Starbucks across the street to get faster service even if it is a few dollars more. If it weren't for being close to my work I would not be going here.

the coffee is good as i would expect from tim hortons however the service is very slow.
