Tim Hortons

Their customer service sucks. They never smile and shows such an attitude that makes me feel they are doing a marcy by serving the customers. They gave me a small coffee where I paid for a medium when I pointed that out their team member argued with me. I had to ask for my receipt to prove me right and I didn't even get a sorry from them.!!!!!!

Poor quality of service ,Business owner saving the staff ,one person works on both counters so funny.Good efforts to save the wages due to rate increase.

Slow, rude, always yelling.. and last but not least you have a 50/50 chance of getting the right order.

Poor service. Front of the store lines don't seem to take propriety. Nine people in line and they don't open the second cah register. Guess I should've done drive-thru

I was only there for a gift card, and was in line for 15 minutes. Had I known how the chain would soon let franchisees screw over their workers for the cost of an extra double double an hour, I'd have gotten more LCBO cards instead. Not that this particular location's staff deserve a raise.
