Worst McDonald’s ever! I ordered a McVeggie burger and they gave me a McChicken instead. I’ve never eaten chicken in my life! I even asked twice at the drive-thru if it was the McVeggie, and they said yes. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Worst employees, worst service ever. Always check your food before eating — this place is a joke!

I found a hair in my kids happy meal. Inside the fries. Mind you I asked for fresh fries. I called the store and they offered to replace it whenever I come back. I go to get my replacement meal I get home and yet again another hair in the fries. I tried calling again and of course the phone line was busy for an hour…at this point I’m so furious and money and time was wasted. NOBODY EVEN WEARS HAIR NETS OR GLOVES!! Terrible food safety/handling. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR FOOD ESPECIALLY YOUR CHILDREN’S FOOD

I usually bring my two kids to this McDonald’s to play, but today we had a very upsetting experience. There was a birthday party taking place inside the playground area, and while my kids were playing like they always do, my 4-year-old accidentally touched one of the balloons. An older woman from the party spoke to my daughter in a very rude way. My daughter was so upset she wanted to leave immediately.nnWhat bothered me the most is that the woman addressed my child directly instead of speaking to me as the parent. When I approached her to ask why she spoke to my daughter like that, she refused to respond. This is not acceptable.nnIf the play area is being used for a private birthday party, it should be closed off or reserved properly. It’s unreasonable to expect young kids not to touch things or run around in a public playground. We come here to enjoy the space, and today’s experience was very disappointing.

I ordered a mac veggie burger and I received a chicken burger in a mac veggie box, i called the store and nobody picked up , this is so messed up.
