Tim Hortons

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The eat in staff is slow, unfriendly, lacksidasical, and infuriating. Walk in, see a couple people in line, expect to receive your food in 10-15 minutes. Zero communication between the rapidly rotating cashier's and the ones making the food. Your food is made and left to sit on the counter. Hopefully the cashier who took your order realizes you are still waiting for it and gives it to you but more than. Likely you will have to ask someone, 'where is my food? I've been waiting 10 minutes!'

One of my favorite Tim Hortons location at Warden Avenue. Not crowded like the other ones.

I have only been going to this place because it's close to my house. If I use the drive thru or if I walk in they ALWAYS get my order wrong. No matter who is working they are always confused or not paying attention as to what I ask for. It can be as simple as asking for a donut/muffin, they manage to get it wrong. I have had been given tea instead of coffee, water instead of juice. Nevermind how incorrect they get a sandwich order. I could go on about the nonsense conversations I have had with the staff but it would be too many to write. In addition to the ordering mayhem, I can see that there is organization or prioritizing going on behind the scenes. Someone needs to step in and manage the staff or retrain them.

Decent tim hortans. Good management but they still manage to mess up coffees

Tim hortons is ok. If you ignore the sometimes bad service (most times) then it's ok.
