They always rush the food, you’d be lucky if your bagel is even warm. Drinks are inconsistent especially the iced caps. Getting more and more expensive for lower and lower quality. Better off going to starbucks for an extra $1

I frequent this Tims quite a bit. The staff is always very friendly and full of smiles. I've never had an issue with my order. The down side is that it's always packed so not much space to sit and chat with friends.

I absolutely hate this location. Unfortunately it is the closest to go to before going to work. I order coffee after waiting 15 minutes sometimes at the speaker with no one in front of me at 5 in the morning. Nothing to eat because nothing is ready. One of my staff at my work knows the guys working overnight at this location and they've admitted they're too lazy to serve food so they shut everything down and just tell people they're out. Unbelievable. This is what keeps them employed. Obviously no follow up being done by the manager of this location but who cares right? It's a part time job for some kid who never had to learn what it's like to actually have to earn a living. I'm almost grateful for the days when I need to drive my husband to work. Then we stop at the location on greenback by hunt club. That's the best one in the city. Friendly staff efficient and they have food! Forget strandherd location in barrhaven. Relocate everyone from greenback to barrhaven and show these idiots how it's done.

Had 4 people doing slow drive thru and one cashier for long line out the door and she kept asking for help because she was trainee

They rarely get the order right in the drive thru. And if they get your order wrong they tie up the line making you dig for more more money instead of just giving you the product. When I worked fast food and we made a mistake, which looks bad for business, we gave them the product so that they were happy and we were on to the next already late by standards customer. Some of the staff in there are very nice.
