Tim Hortons

Went there at around 11 at night. Didn't know they stopped serving food at 10pm. When I asked, the person was VERY rude when he said "Buddy, we don't serve food past 10." I then said give me a few minutes to decide, and he seemed annoyed. When I finally chose what I wanted, another customer had come into the store, they appeared to be friends, and he started a conversation with them. When my order was ready, he threw it on the counter without looking at me, and went back to talking with his friend. Didn't offer me a bag, napkins, or any sort of courtesy. Tables weren't cleared off, floors were wet. Terrible location for service and cleanliness. If I could give less than a one star rating, I would.

Easily the worst tim Hortans in ottawa.Half the staff can't even speak English and are very rude.They treat you like pests in the drive through as well. I get they want the drive through to be fast moving but what's the point of rushing everyone away when they can't even get the order right because they're more concerned about getting you out of the drive through then getting your order right.

The reason I’m giving a one review is because I observed one of employees used the bathroom and leave without washing his hands!!!! Disgusting, imagine if this is what they do when a customer is present what happens when nobody is watching!!!!!!
