Starbucks

Great staff for the last year. I come here pretty much weekly and their service is super fast. I often use mobile ordering and my order is ready super quick. Washrooms are always clean. The cafe is kept clean even in the winter and the best part is the patio in the summer. I only wish they would open later.

If you value your time, don't go to this location. Each time I go I wait more than 10 minutes for a simple latte, even if there are only 2 people ahead of me. Having ONE person making drinks for a full drive through lineup AND those who go inside does not make sense to me.

I figured that since I visit this location often I would toss my opinion into the fray. First: TL;DR: Used to hate Starbucks; developed a taste for it, like the staff and the staff seem to like me back. It is a Starbucks so if you're looking for inexpensive, look elsewhere. I used to despise everything about Starbucks but I started visiting this location as I was getting sick of the Van Houtte at work (Metro across the parking lot); and it's the only game in town that's in walking distance. I should point out that since the renovations, we do have Starbucks brand coffee from the Deli. I learned a taste for the place and realized that I actually enjoy the coffee; granted I tend towards the same thing everything every time. But what can I say, I'm a simple guy. Over the past several years, I have managed to develop a light report with the staff and they all are very friendly to me and courteous to my needs as a customer. Does this come from a long developed familiarization? Perhaps. I should add that there are a few barristas who will have my drink ready for me by the time I reach the counter to pay. In fact, in recent months, I've not actually had to place my order at all. THAT's what I call customer service. I've never been disrespected and I've always found the location to be clean and efficient with service. Seating is not an issue for me as I am typically stopping in to grab a drink on my way to the bus stop.

I ordered this on 10:25 and I was sitting there waited for 12mins to get it . All the people in the line behind me got there orders, and the staffs said nothing. You can't only push orders for easy ones . So bad
