McDonald's

I never write reviews, but i think this location deserves some of my time. Worst McDonald's service ever. There is no way you can order a salad instead of fries without getting the staff to mess up your order. So we learned not to order salad at this location, but it didn't fix the problem. Every time we order something, we get home and we notice that there is something missing.

This McDonalds is consistently bad. It's the closest one to my usual path and so I frequently order from here. Something is wrong or missing 90% of the time. No common sense from the employees. All McDonalds restaurants have young inexperienced employees but this restaurant is so bad it suggests that the problems come from a lack of training and oversight. I can't stress enough how this is not an exaggeration : I've been to this McDonalds about 100 times and something was wrong with the order or flat-out missing 90 of the 100 times. The management should be ashamed of themselves

Ordered some breakfast to go. Got home and order was wrong. Place was not busy at the time so looks like quality control is lacking. Called them on the phone and talked with Manager who didn’t seem interested. Also while there, someone who looked like a Manager was letting a staff member know they got another order wrong. Food tasted stale and worse part is I felt sick after eating my meal.

Food wise i think everyone knows what it tastes like so this review is based on service only i pulled into the drive through, it took 20 minutes before someone took my order, when i waited another 10 minutes to get my food i noticed that they had made a mistake, when i pointed out the mistake she just said sorry and turned around. You can have fast service with mistakes that you correct, or slow service without any mistakes, doing bad in both categories is just awful, these problems don't seem to happen at other locations
