don't know what is wrong but I never get what I order. They never stir the coffee before presenting it to me. Coffee is oddly sweet wothout sugar, and doesnt give me the caffiene jump start other coffee's can. Hate that they lowered the caffeine content in ice caps. Cant even enjoy those in the summer anymore. Now I only drink McDonalds coffee.

I think this establishment forgot that there is customer inside the place waiting for some sort of service. I was there for 20 minutes and they served only one client during that time. There was a minimum of 8 employees and all their efforts were directected toward the drive thru. If they don't want to serve people inside the store, lock the door and open a second drive thru window! Daniel

They always run out of Dark Roast. I had to take a blend or had to wait for a fresh batch while my other 4 drinks (only one dark roast in the 4) were going to get cold. Super busy place so they should plan ahead during the morning hours.
